St. Louis High School

🏐 Developing the Next Generation of Officials! 🏐 To tackle the ongoing statewide official shortage, our middle school volleyball matches will feature a unique crew format this season: one certified MHSAA official providing expert oversight for two of our High School Legacy officials! SLHS students, Myah Sahr, Emalee Acre, Skyler Post, Emma Seleski and Maya Massaway all took part in the MHSAA Legacy officials training program this past spring. Through the MHSAA Legacy Program, our Varsity Volleyball players step onto the court in a new role—officiating under the guidance of seasoned, certified adults. This setup ensures proper court management and consistent rule enforcement while creating a supportive learning environment for both our middle school athletes and our developing student-officials. Give a loud cheer for our Varsity players stepping up to lead from the referee stand! 🦈 #GoSharks #MHSAALegacy
